Meet Our Team
Chief Executive Officer
Known for his laser-focused vision and intuitive software designs, Gregory A. Daniele has served as Budgetrac’s Chief Executive Office and President since April, 2007. During his leadership tenure, Greg has spearheaded the development of the company’s innovative, new web-based software for property managers and real estate developers, Budgetrac LEAD. Prior to becoming CEO, Greg served as a Senior Vice President for Budgetrac. Greg’s resume also includes senior-level positions at Management Reports, Inc (MRI) and Yardi. His professional accounting career started at a big four accounting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His stand-out work there lead him to his next post as Controller of Jackson-Cross Real Estate Company, a leading regional real estate company in Philadelphia. Greg has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed CPA.
Chief Technology Officer
David A. Niemi founded Budgetrac back in 1984. A technology “guru”, he recognized the need for an integrated accounting and project control software solution for real estate developers. David was the Chief architect of all the Budgetrac releases, including the various platforms: MS-DOS, Windows and MS-SQL/.Net. Before joining Budgetrac, David was a senior programmer for Digital Data Systems, a subsidiary of Digital Equipment.
Responsible for the design of Budgetrac Lead™, the company’s web-based property management and real estate development software, David oversees all the technological components of Budgetrac’s suite of services.
David has a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Washington, and holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the Duke University.
